Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and a hashed password.
• Workspace content: products, product links, photos, scripts, presenters, generated images and videos.
• Technical data needed to run the service: sign-in sessions, request logs and error reports.

How we use it

To run your workspace, make the videos you ask for, keep the service secure and answer your support requests. We do not sell personal data.

To prevent free-trial fraud, we use a hashed browser fingerprint and network information under our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

AI processing

To write scripts and make images and videos, the needed parts of your content (for example a product photo and the script of a scene) are sent to the AI service providers we work with. They process it only to return the result.

Storage and access

Files are kept in private storage. They are opened through links that expire, or through share links you create and can turn off. Only members of your workspace can see its content.

Cookies and ad measurement

With your consent, enabled advertising and measurement tags may be provided by Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn. The cookie banner lists the platforms currently enabled. Tags load only after you accept advertising cookies. They measure which ad brought you to AdReela and whether you started a free trial, made a first video or purchased a subscription. Purchase events include the transaction ID, value and currency; we do not send your email address or name. After acceptance, ad click identifiers are stored in first-party storage for up to 90 days, including a Meta _fbc cookie when applicable. Rejecting or withdrawing consent forgets these identifiers. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page; we ask again after 6 months.

How long we keep it

As long as your workspace is active. When a workspace is closed, its content is deleted after a grace period that will be stated in the final policy.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your personal data, a correction or its deletion. Contact details for these requests will be added to the final policy.
